A dedicated team

Jackson Masesi, CO-FOUNDER & CEO

As a beekeeper myself, I love meeting other beekeepers. Over the last 15 years I have managed
Bee-Care Apiaries International, which has provided detailed local knowledge of beeswax and honey across Kenya and Tanzania.

I am dedicated to fair trade and encouraging community-based beekeeping, and I recognise the great responsibility in providing a sustainable income to our beekeepers, their families and communities.

Rob case-green, Co-FOUNDER & Chairman

I’m a fourth generation member of the Case-Green family and have grown up around beeswax. I lead British Wax and support EAWC with technical, processing and refining knowledge.

I’m personally interested in fair and ethical business and love being directly involved in creating new income streams for our EAWC beekeepers.

I have a real passion for animals so caring for our bees, as well as elephants through our relationship with Wild Survivors (who help protect endangered African elephants through beekeeping), is important

Field Officers & Refinery TEAM

The EAWC field officers work closely with our registered beekeepers and communities, providing training and equipment, as well as auditing hives to meet QC and EcoCert standards.

Their hard work across regions in Kenya and Tanzania provides transparency of supply- from hive to our customers formula.

They are supported by our production team based at the EAWC purpose built refinery in Thikka, Kenya. The Thikka team ensure the technical and quality processes deliver high quality beeswax.
